The Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation has named Amber Catlin-Kolodziej as its new Executive Director. As the Executive Director, Amber helps to cast the vision for EESF. Amber’s goal is to create new partnerships while caring for and fostering current partnerships, both within, and outside of the industry, as well as grow the mission of EESF with educational programming.
Amber has years of experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as experience in the elevator and escalator industry through familiar connections (her husband and grandfather). She plans to leverage this experience and these connections to better meet the mission and vision of the EESF. Amber also holds a degree in business administration and has worked for several years as an adjunct professor, teaching all GenEd courses.
When Amber isn’t working at EESF, she can be found hanging out with her husband and their five children, hiking, reading a good book, wine tasting, and traveling
