Each teacher will receive the following in a classroom package:

Teacher's Guide - A 20-page guide for administrators of the program. Includes step-by-step instructions and technical background information. An evaluation form is included to be completed by the teacher. The form provides the Foundation with feedback on possible program revisions. On the backside on the evaluation form is a form for recording student program test scores. A template for scoring is provided for your convenience. "Safe-T Rider" video song lyrics are included.

Poster - A four color poster featuring Safe-T Rider and safety rules for elevators, escalators and moving walks. Size 17" X 22".

DVD Video - An eight minute and thirty-seven second video featuring Safe-T Rider coming to life from a poster. Safe-T Rider "raps" the safety rules to young children while visiting a mall.

Each student will receive one each of the following:

Activity Book - A 16-page activity book also featuring Safe-T Rider with a four-color cover and 10 pages of reinforcement through repetition of rules. Also includes a family discussion page. A ten question quiz is inserted for the children to share with their families. The back cover portrays a "cut-out" of Safe-T Rider for the children to color and hang in their rooms, on the refrigerator, etc. Safety rules are listed on the back cover.

Test - Program test administered after the viewing of the video and discussion of the safety rules. Test results provide the Foundation feedback on the effectiveness of the program.

Certificate - An achievement certificate displaying safety rules and signed by Safe-T Rider. A line on the certificate allow for customization for individual students.

Sticker - A 2.5-inch diameter sticker featuring Safe-T Rider. Children can peel and stick to shirts, lunch box, even dad's hard hat, etc.
